The Backseats Are Back
The Backseats, gegründet am Ende der 1970er oder zu Beginn der 1980er, waren eine eigenwillige kleine Indiepop-Gruppe in wechselnder Besetzung , die sich nach etwa 10 Jahren auflöste, um den gnadenlosen Optimismus der 1990er nicht erleben zu müssen. Jetzt aber sind The Backseats wieder am Start, nachdem ihnen Jahrzehnte lang irgendwelche Bands den Namen streitig machen wollten – und zwar mit einer schönen und frischen Sommerpop-Single.
The Backseats disbanded in 1989 or so. Kingdomes fell and rose. Many things had to happen, until two of the founding members of The Backseats got back to work and produced a sweet Summer pop single. Liksten to it here:
